The jam was boiled down according to a traditional recipe and without Preservatives, Artificial Aroma, Refined Sugar.
Sloe is a fruit found in wild nature in the continental climate. This is the last summer fruit that grows on the Gelibolu peninsula (Gallipoli) under strong winds and summer sun. An excellent topping for yoghurt, quark balls for breakfast or for pies, biscuits, cakes and desserts. The sugar-free version is also suitable for diabetics.
